Returns and Exchanges Policy

ZOONIBO RETURNS POLICY

 

EXCHANGES

 

We are happy to exchange items if you decide you have changed your mind. If you would like to exchange an Item then the procedure you need to follow is:

 

1. Contact the Customer Services Team and request a Returns Number (RMA number) to return your product. We will send you this number that needs to be included with your package and will let you know the address to send the items back to. 

 

2. Once we receive the item, and have confirmed that it is in re-saleable condition, i.e. unused and undamaged, we will refund you the full cost of the item. Returns shipping is also available for refund, but this will need to be pre-agreed with us before the item is sent for it to be refunded. 

 

3. You can then purchase a replacement item. You do not need to wait for us to issue a refund for the previous item, if you are confident that it is in good condition, otherwise we suggest that you wait for the initial order to be refunded and then purchase your replacement.

 

This return policy is in accordance with, and does not affect your Statutory Rights.

 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED

 

We hope your purchase arrives with you in perfect condition, however we realise we live in an imperfect world and should your item arrived damaged or you wish to return it for any other reason, then we will be happy to refund you the full cost of the order.

Please contact our Customer Services team to start the refund process by sending an email to hello@zoonibo.com and we will issue with a Returns Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA) and a slip to print out and include with the item being returned. Please note that due to our warehouses being global, sometimes different items are shipped from different warehouses, in which case, if returning more than one item, we will issue you with multiple RMA numbers and instruct you where to send each item.

 

Please return your items in new and unused condition, with all tags attached. Returns that fail this criteria will not be accepted.
