We are happy to exchange items if you decide you have changed your mind. If you would like to exchange an Item then the procedure you need to follow is:
This return policy is in accordance with, and does not affect your Statutory Rights.
We hope your purchase arrives with you in perfect condition, however we realise we live in an imperfect world and should your item arrived damaged or you wish to return it for any other reason, then we will be happy to refund you the full cost of the order.
Please contact our Customer Services team to start the refund process by sending an email to email@example.com and we will issue with a Returns Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA) and a slip to print out and include with the item being returned. Please note that due to our warehouses being global, sometimes different items are shipped from different warehouses, in which case, if returning more than one item, we will issue you with multiple RMA numbers and instruct you where to send each item.
Please return your items in new and unused condition, with all tags attached. Returns that fail this criteria will not be accepted.
