We process your order within 24 hours, 7 days a week as we know that once you have bought an item you can’t wait to receive it. We ask you to allow 7 days for products to arrive, however delivery is often sooner than this. You can check the status of your purchase with the tracking numbers provided within the website. We will notify you once we receive your order by email. Once we have accepted your order we will send you a second communication on dispatch. Acceptance of all orders is subject to fraud checks and we reserve the right to cancel any order which fails these checks. If there is further information or clarification around an order we will contact you to resolve the issue together.
We have warehouses in Europe and the US, and it is sometimes possible upon ordering multiple items that they will arrive in separate packages and have separate tracking numbers. If you are unsure if this is relevant to you please contact our Customer Service Team and we will endeavour to help you.
We ship to countries outside of the European Union on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) format. Please contact your local customs office to discuss whether charges are applicable for the items you are receiving before placing an order with us. Should customs contact you to receive information for any held products, they will inform you of the information they need from you to release the order. Please be aware of the possibility of shipping delays due to weather or customs issues
